Yoga
Sarah has been a student of the yoga lineage for 23 years and is a 500-hour trained Yoga teacher and continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance. She has taught throughout the United States and internationally, and currently leads weekly classes online and in-person (in Wilmington, NC) along with regular workshops, trainings, and festival appearances. Sarah's classes are a playful blend of detailed alignment, mindful stretch, and gentle reflection. You'll be sure to find flavors of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini styles throughout her class offerings, as well as various limbs and tools of the yoga path (pranayama, mudra, mantra) woven into the tapestry of each class.

Yin + Reiki
This unique fusion combines the gentle, restorative practice of Yin yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. In this class, you'll move through long-held postures designed to deeply stretch the connective tissues and promote flexibility, while also cultivating a sense of inner peace. As you hold each pose, you'll receive Reiki energy healing, enhancing your overall experience and facilitating emotional release. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class is accessible to all levels.
Deep Stretch
This class is a hybrid of deep stretch + restorative yoga postures that will replenish your body and sooth your nervous system. You can expect lots of props, longer holds, detailed cueing, and plenty of spaciousness too quiet the noise and come home to yourSelf. Think of it as a sweet and gentle romance for the body.
Yin-Yasa
Shake off the stress of your day with a sacred sweat. This 60-minute heated (but not hot) class weaves together a balanced blend of gentle vinyasa flow — to build warmth, energize the breath, and soften tight muscles as you move stagnant energy through the body — and grounding yin postures to release deeply held tension and invite stillness into the nervous system. The steady heat supports your body in opening, while every drop of sacred sweat becomes a ritual of release. You’ll leave feeling spacious and grounded, energized yet calm — ready to ease into your evening. All levels welcome.
