Yoga

Sarah has been a student of the yoga lineage for 22 years and is a 500-hour trained Yoga teacher. She has taught throughout the United States and internationally, and currently leads weekly classes online (at Sagrada Yoga) and in-person (in Wilmington, NC) along with the occassional workshop, training, or festival appearance. Sarah's classes are a playful blend of detailed alignment, mindful stretch, and gentle reflection. You'll be sure to find flavors of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini styles throughout her class offerings, as well as various limbs and tools of the yoga path (pranayama, mudra, mantra) woven into the tapestry of each class.

Sunrise Hatha

Start your day with intention, breath, and gentle movement. This Sunrise Hatha class is designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and connect you to your inner rhythm. Through grounding postures, mindful breathwork, and moments of stillness, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for the day ahead. All levels welcome.

Deep Stretch

This class is a hybrid of deep stretch + restorative yoga postures that will replenish your body and sooth your nervous system. You can expect lots of props, longer holds, detailed cueing, and plenty of spaciousness too quiet the noise and come home to yourSelf. Think of it as a sweet and gentle romance for the body.

Yin-Yasa

This balanced 45-minute class blends the best of both worlds—gentle vinyasa flow to warm the body and energize the breath, followed by deep yin stretches to release tension and invite stillness. Perfect for those seeking both movement and restoration in a single practice. All levels welcome.

Enjoy one, 60-minute, Yoga session with Dr. Sarah. Sessions may include physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayamas), or guided meditation.
